Patrick Woodford is a tattoo and multimedia artist from Manasquan, New Jersey. He has a bachelor’s degree in Studio art at Salve Regina University, with four years of playing colligate football. His interest is black work with a combination of dot work. Woodford’s interest for tattoo’s sparked in his college apartment where he began his practice. As the human body as his canvas, Woodford loves that he creates art that can walk in this world.

My work is rooted in the inspirations and experiences that have shaped me as an artist, expressed through both flash sheets and digital designs. Designing from the discipline of my athletic background, my digital pieces reflect the motivation, structure, and personal growth I developed as a student-athlete. Working in Photoshop and Procreate, I translate that sense of focus into clean, intentional visual designs.

In contrast, my flash sheets come from the interests, and environments that have influenced me personally. Using a ballpoint pen on watercolor paper, along with smaller flash sheets created in Procreate. I transform the things that inspire me into tattoos that are meant to be worn. Together, these mediums allow me to merge discipline with creativity, building a portfolio grounded in authenticity and the foundations that made me who I am.
